Ethical channel
The MondragonLingua ALECOP cooperative society, S.Coop. (hereinafter referred to as “MLAKOOP”) makes its Ethical channel available to you so that people related to its activities can report, confidentially, any action or omission that may constitute a legal infraction, especially of a criminal or administrative nature.
MLAKOOP maintains a corporate business ethics policy based on the principle of “zero tolerance” towards the commission of illegal acts, regulatory breaches or any type of corruption, abuse or discrimination.
The management of our Ethical channel is carried out by an external company, with the purpose of providing the communications received with the greatest possible confidentiality and objectivity.
The use of the Ethical channel requires acting in good faith on the part of the users. The information you provide through the Ethical channel must be truthful and exclusively related to an action or omission that may constitute a violation of law or corporate rules. The use of the Ethical channel for other purposes is excluded.
The regulations guarantee the absence of retaliation against people who make good use of the Ethical channel, but also establishes sanctions for cases in which it is used in bad faith, such as, for example, to communicate false or incomplete information.

The operation of our Ethical channel and internal information system will comply at all times with the provisions of the European Union Directive 2019/1937 regarding the protection of people who report violations of Union Law, in Law 2 /2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory infractions and the fight against corruption, as well as other regulations that complement, develop or replace them.
